Trinity Music Examinations

Music exams are a great way to progress when learning an instrument providing clear learning targets, teaching valuable performance skills and providing recognised certificates. There are 9 grades in total, Grade Intial - Grade 8 with Grade 5 being a GCSE music equivelant and Grade 8 being a A level equivelant.

For more details information about the grades please visit the Trinity College London Website.

The best way to sit an exam is in person at a registered exam centre. There are several centres around the area for you to choose from either in High Wycombe, Tring, Ayelsbury or even further afield like Harrow and Central London. Many centres offer different dates such as weekends or school holidays so you can book around your own schedule.

See the centre map for all UK examination centres.
